Please contact ADI's Technical Support Department with any questions you may have related to installation, configuration and operation of our equipment.
The Technical Service Department is open from Sunday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM Israel time, which is GMT+2. You can send us emails during non-business hours, and we will respond promptly at the next business day.
Warranty after purchase
ADI warrants it products to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery.
Should any defect develops within the above warranty period, the manufactur shall effect necessary repairs, or replace parts found defective, free of cost to the purchaser, provided that the product is returned to ADI and both way shipment charges are pre-paid by the customer.
The warranty does not apply to any equipement which has been repaired or altered in any way, or which has been subject to mis-use, damaged by negligence or accidentally, or which has a serial number atlered, defective or removed. In case of any dispute, the decision of the manufacturer shall be final.
The warranty is only valid if the warranty form is properly filled out and sent to us within 10 days of the shipment date.

To recieve the RMA request form, please click here. Please return the completed RMA form to our technical support department. This will expedite your request and help insure that your unit is repaired and returned to you in a timely manner.
Please note: do not return any unit to ADI without a RMA number.
