Amos Simantov – President and CEO

Amos brings to ADI fifteen years of experience and expertise in managing hi-tech companies. Amos arrived from Performance Systems (Persys Group) after having served for seven years as President and CEO of Lognet Systems. While there, he led the company from its seed stages to a market leadership position in the e-billing and PC-to-host connectivity and printing industry. Lognet was eventually bought by an American corporation (INSCI) traded on NASDAQ. Amos currently serves as a director for a number of hi-tech companies (such as Edge Medical) where he contributes his broad and relevant expertise in management.

Amos holds a BA and MBA (cum laude) from Tel-Aviv and Bar-Ilan Universities.

David Reznik – Founder and CTO

Prior to establishing ADI, David founded and managed AroDim Ltd., a subcontractor for large electronic companies in image and signal processing and real time control. David's experience spans many fields, including managing multi-million dollar projects, defining system requirements (S/W & H/W), simulating and testing system performance, MPEG2/4 image compression, image and signal processing and tracking algorithm realization. David holds a BSc. in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.

David is also active in the world of television as Co-chairman of the Technical Sub-committee of The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (http://www.nyemmys.org/). 

Ilan Rahmany - Founder and CTO

While working at Tadiran, Ilan held various positions including Development Engineer, System Engineer, Department Head and Project Manager. Prior to this, Ilan worked as a development and system engineer at MBT IAI - Israel Aircraft Industries. Ilan has garnered years of experience in the following areas: definition of system requirements (S/W & H/W), simulations and testing of system performance, MPEG2 image compression, and image and signal processing.

Ilan holds a BSc and MSc in Electronics Engineering from Tel Aviv University. 

Nahum Aharon -  Head of R&D Department

Nahum leads the R&D Department of ADI, and keeps his finger on the pulse of the video technology industry. Nahum guides ADI's product development to leading positions by identifying new trends, and he ensures that ADI products are paired with advanced and user-friendly software for easy installation and use.

Prior to ADI, Nahum worked at Israel Aircraft Industries as a real-time and signal processing programmer for radar systems.

Motty Vigdor - Director of Sales

Motty brings to ADI a rich and successful history of sales around the world. Motty's vast experience enables him to clearly understand the needs of clients, and has enabled him to guide ADI products into new and established markets.

Prior to joining ADI, Motty was responsible for pre-sales in the digital broadcast field.  Proir to that, Motty spent thirty years at Tadiran, where he served in his final position there as Director of International Sales.

Tomer Avrahami - Operations Manager

As Operations Manager, Tomer is responsible for managing ADI's interaction with subcontractors and purchasers. In addition, Tomer manages and guides ADI's lab which conducts final quality tests on products, and mechanical assembly.

Tomer previously worked at Bezeq, Israel's national telecommunications carrier, and during his army service served as the head of a communication team.

Emannuel Gill

Emmanuel Gill served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Elbit Ltd. In 1996 Mr. Gill was responsible for strategically demerging Elbit and spinning off three separately publicly traded companies. Mr. Gill has served as Chairman of the Board of Elbit Systems Ltd., and Chairman & CEO of Elbit Medical Imaging Ltd., Chairman of, and has been a Board Member of Elbit Ltd. He has been the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Elbit, and since August 1983 Mr. Gill has been a member of Elbit's Board of Directors.

Rami Lipman

Rami brings over twenty years of proven experience in establishing strategic directions, initiating creative growth strategies and executing them. Rami has already played a leading role in the success of several companies from inception to IPO.

Prof. Meir Feder

Meir Feder is a Professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering - Systems, Tel-Aviv University. In 1998 he co-founded Peach Networks, a provider of server-based interactive TV systems, which was later acquired by Microsoft. In 2000 Prof. Feder co-founded Bandwiz, a producer of content delivery systems for enterprise networks. Prof. Feder holds an Sc.D. degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
